When a pilot makes sense
Your team already has security findings but spends too much time normalizing asset data, drafting POA&M entries, researching remediation, and formatting artifacts for review. Your goal is faster, more consistent drafts that remain tied to actual evidence—not merely more generated paperwork.
What the $2,500 pilot includes
- Scoped intake. Agree on the target system, a representative export, the applicable POA&M/RMF context, and accepted output format before processing.
- Finding normalization. Reconcile finding, vulnerability and asset identifiers without inventing hosts, source evidence, or CVE/STIG/control relationships.
- Draft POA&M and remediation support. Produce traceable working entries and possible corrective actions; retain unknowns for review instead of filling blanks with assumptions.
- Human QA and format checking. Review uncertain mappings and verify a sanitized representative sample against the customer's required deliverable format.
- Before-and-after demonstration. Compare manual baseline to the assisted workflow, log corrections and remaining open questions, and present the results.
What we need to qualify the pilot
Start by emailing the contracting or program contact, the relevant system environment (high level only), and the type of export/POA&M requirements. Do not email sensitive scans, system inventories, customer data or credentials. We will agree on an authorized, secure intake path before receiving any sensitive information.
After the pilot
If the pilot meets the agreed acceptance criteria, continued access can be discussed at $500 per month, subject to the scope and written service terms. There is no obligation to continue.
